Because she's back after oh so long and with a vengeance! Not only is she practically around with her new 'uncensored' self, despite all controversy her album 'Stripped' happens to be amazing, in fact, not one song on it is bad. It's good to be bad!!
2. Norah Jones
She's just now getting the attention she deserves but I have been following her in 2002 and her album 'Come Away With me' has become one of the year's soundtracks. I'm sure we'll see much of her in the upcoming years.
3. J.K. Rowling
I have a good feeling that she will be on next year's list as well...
4. Gwyneth Paltrow
We enjoyed seeing her once again on DVD with 'Shallow Hal,' we'll see what she brings us in 2003. I'm sure she will be around bringing us a new look at style and fashion.
5. Missy Elliott
She has also undergone an amazing transformation and has lost so much weight and gained style along with it! We applaud her incredible effort and look forward to her surprises in 2003.

I think in everyone of us there's a little envy for Jennifer... what do you think?
She was a leading lady in 2002's R&B and hip-hop scene thanks to her mogul Ja Rule and her label Murda Inc.. Her songs made us sing, her voice made us dream, her beauty blew us away. I doubt 2002 is her last year on the scene... we'll see how much further she'll reach.
Because she was one of the few artists who broke out of the group shell and didn't get booed at, because of her hip Austin Powers role, because of her hop performance with Jay-Z in 'Bonnie and Clyde' but, especially, because she's one of the few celebrities that we cannot deny are beautiful. I do miss her in Destiny's Child though... |

consider her one of the best artists out there right now: an amazing
piano player, songwriter, musician and just so beautiful in her
simplicity.
Otherwise
known as Mrs. Potter, JK Rowling is not your typical hot babe with big
boobs and a great dress. On the contrary, despite her 'Martha Stewart'
appearance we still marvel at her beautiful imagination that brings us a
world beyond boundaries, that of Harry Potter. And instead of
eager fans wondering what she'll wear next, she's got the whole world
waiting for her upcoming sequel book, 'Harry Potter and the Order of the
Phoenix.' 
Because
even if I used to despise her I took my word back. Gwyneth is a woman
with class, beauty, elegance and especially incredible talent.
Not
only was Missy back this past year with a hot new album and an amazing
single 'Work it' with, as usual, a phat video to accompany her songs.
For
being always as beautiful as she is, for keeping the hottest man in the
world down, for her great fashion style, for her Golden Globe award, for
her usual amazing attitude in Friends that, let's face it, makes her
just about the coolest character on the show.

She has been through thick and this this year and yet she is back, still standing. Dropping a movie early this past fall she has been underestimated and criticized. Just how far can critics go bashing her? One thing is for sure; whatever happens, her fans are with her through thick and thin- and she really appreciates them.
Like Mariah, this chica has been through hell and back. After being left behind by Tom Cruise who choose starlet Penelope Cruz, Nicole had a huge success in the film Moulin Rouge and gained respect and admiration of many.
She has dazzled us in her great movie 'Legally Blonde' and had a beautiful baby girl by her beautiful husband Ryan Philippe. What doesn't this girl have? I can't wait what she's got in store next!
She left P-Diddy for one of her not-so-handsome dancers. She has proven that as long as you know how to backstab, you can get everything you want, including stealing a beat from Mariah Carey and managing to be on this list again. She is still hot though, that I can't deny. But watch out for Shakira!
Yet another year we have been victims of teenage pop advertisement and Britney is still hopping around, more naked and naked every time. She is also making more money than you, me and everyone you know will ever dream of making in our lifetimes- and she doesn't look oh-too-smart. Life can be so easy to some people!
Her life interrupted- ended after a tragic plane crash. Radio stations play her songs and everybody buys her albums. Goodbye to a star that had so much potential to be great but will forever remain in all of our hearts
Janet, I didn't really like her latest album but she dropped so many tight remixes! Plus she held a very nice tour, so I've heard, and she is still beautiful and talented as before. There ya go girl!
This girl is doing great and is so beautiful! Her latest album is selling millions of copies and every radio station plays her singles. She deserves all the success.

Elizabeth wins BubbleSnow's best looking woman of 2000. She earns this award because of her everlasting fashion style, her incredible beauty and her sexy English accent. Cannot miss her in her latest flick Bedazzled, where she plays the part of the devil! Liz is the reason why I came to love Versace and daring outfits.
2. Jennifer Lopez Got to give it up to Jennifer Lopez for her style, as she won the Versace award at the VH1's 2000 Fashion Awards. Lopez well represents her Latino heritage, being a successful actress, singer and role model for several women. Plus, we cannot forget her Grammy outfit which made her even more famous and wanted than before! Come on, who does not think she is beautiful?
3. Julia Roberts Who would be crazy enough to exclude Julia Roberts from the list of most beautiful women? Not BubbleSnow, that's for sure. So many run to the theater to watch a movie just because she is in it, and surprisingly enough, each and everyone of her movies is great!
