Pictures > Easter 2006 in Paris
This is the Charles de Gaulle Airport of Paris, huge, full of walkways and of course signs in French
Here is our beautiufl hotel, not bad for 300 euros total for 4 night right? We were lucky because the bums at our supposed hotel, the Holiday Inn, had forgotten we were coming so they placed us here to avoid mayem... the hotel room also had a kitchen! great...
Here's our first morning visit to the Eiffel tower, since we had both been to Paris and on the tower we decided to avoid going up, as lines were so long! We did take plenty of pictures though!
Champs-Elysees
This is the Renault museum dedicated to its car that won the last world championships (or something like that). Anyway Fabio wanted me to take pictures so here they are.
We had a quick lunch at this restaurant (Fabio found a hair in his pizza). Coca cola cost E6.90!!! Also, the Arc de Triomphe and the Club Med giant fishtanks
Montmartre, a dinner at an Italian restaurant and a look (outside) at the expensive Moulin Rouge... the simplest dinner plus show cost E150!!
Easter day at Montmartre, and we got to listen to the mass at Sacre Coeur (of course we didn't understand a half-word except "Amen")
The artists square... so beautiful! too bad that for a really small picture you needed to shell out hundreds of euros!
The Salvador Dalì museum at Montmartre... amazing!!
Disneyland Paris!!! needless to say, you can tell by the pictures we had an amazing time!!!
Adventureland and the "Pirates of the Caribbean" ride
The haunted house!!
Fantasyland! Check out pictures from the great attraction "It's a Small World!"
Walt Disney Studios
Till next time!!
The night before leaving, a picture at the neighborhood (and the fruit store that was open 24/7 on every day of the week), the beautiful Paris metro with its indoor gardens!
The Alps seen from the plane... incredible!!!!!
